Text
In the event that any person who is entitled to receive benefits for total disability, loss of member, or death through the application of section4123.033of the Revised Code, receives, in connection with the injury giving rise to such entitlement, benefits under an act of congress or federal program providing benefits for civil defense workers and their survivors, the benefits payable hereunder, shall be reduced in proportion to the benefits received under such other act or program.
