(A)The administrator of workers' compensation shall not enter into a contract with an investment manager for the investment of assets of the bureau of workers' compensation funds if any employee of that investment manager who will be investing assets of bureau of workers' compensation funds has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to a financial or investment crime.
(B)An investment manager who has entered into a contract with the bureau of workers' compensation for the investment of assets of bureau of workers' compensation funds shall not contract with a business entity for the investment of those assets if any employee of that business manager who will be investing assets of bureau of workers' compensation funds has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to a financial or investment crim
