Text
The assessment rate established pursuant to section4123.411of the Revised Code, subject to the limits set forth in that section, shall be adequate to provide the amounts estimated as necessary by the administrator of workers' compensation to carry out the provisions of sections4123.412to4123.418of the Revised Code.
For all injuries and disabilities occurring before January 1, 1987, the administrator, for the purpose of carrying out those sections and with the advice and consent of the bureau of workers' compensation board of directors, may transfer to the disabled workers' relief fund from the income produced as a result of investments made pursuant to section4123.44of the Revised Code amounts necessary to carry out those sections with respect to claims related to private and public taxin
