Text
The administrator of workers' compensation shall employ employees as is necessary to the discharge of the administrator's duties and responsibilities hereunder. The salaries and expenses of the employees shall be paid by the treasurer of the state from the fund created by section4123.412of the Revised Code as provided in section4123.42of the Revised Code.
