Text
To be eligible to participate in said fund, a participant must be permanently and totally disabled and be receiving workers' compensation payments, the total of which, when combined with disability benefits received pursuant to The Social Security Act is less than three hundred forty-two dollars per month adjusted annually as provided in division (B) of section4123.62of the Revised Code.
