Text
Every public employer, except for boards of county hospital trustees that are self-insurers under section4123.35of the Revised Code, shall contribute to the public insurance fund the amount of money determined by the administrator of workers' compensation, and the manner of determining contributions and the classifications of employers is as provided in sections4123.39to4123.41and4123.48of the Revised Code.
