Text
In the case of any institution of higher education that has sustained claims arising from deaths and injuries of a catastrophic nature arising from a motor vehicle accident occurring outside of this state, the Administrator of Workers' Compensation shall suspend the imposition of any premium increase or any change in the experience of such an institution of higher education until after the conclusion of any subrogation claims that are brought by the Administrator in relation to those deaths and injuries.
