Text

The moneys in the state treasury for the use of the bureau of workers' compensation and the industrial commission shall be known as the workers' compensation fund group. The moneys from each fund shall be disbursed respectively pursuant to vouchers approved by the administrator of workers' compensation or the administrator's designee, or by the chairperson of the commission or the chairperson's designee. The bureau and the commission shall provide for the custody, safekeeping, and deposit of all moneys, checks, and drafts received by the bureau or commission or any employees or agents prior to paying the moneys, checks, and drafts to the treasurer of state as provided by section113.08of the Revised Code.
