The bureau of workers' compensation may make necessary expenditures to obtain statistical and other information to establish the classes provided for in section4123.29of the Revised Code. The salaries and compensation of all of the actuaries, accountants, inspectors, examiners, experts, clerks, physicians, nurses, stenographers, and other assistants of the bureau, and all other expenses of the bureau, including the premium to be paid for the bond to be furnished by the treasurer of state pursuant to section4123.42of the Revised Code, shall be paid out of the workers' compensation fund pursuant to warrants signed by the administrator of workers' compensation.
