Text

Each officer who serves a subpoena issued under section4123.08of the Revised Code shall receive the same fees as a sheriff, and each witness who appears, in obedience to a subpoena, before the industrial commission or its secretary or district or staff hearing officers, the administrator of workers' compensation, or any inspector or examiner of the commission or administrator, shall receive the fees and mileage provided for under section119.094of the Revised Code, which shall be paid from the state insurance fund on the approval of any two members of the commission, if the witness is subpoenaed by the commission or its secretary, district or staff hearing officer, inspector, or examiner, or on the approval of the administrator, if the witness is subpoenaed by the administrator
