Claimants who the administrator of workers' compensation determines could probably be rehabilitated to achieve the goals established by section4121.61of the Revised Code and who agree to undergo rehabilitation shall be paid living maintenance payments for a period or periods which do not exceed six months in the aggregate, unless review by the administrator or the administrator's designee reveals that the claimant will be benefited by an extension of such payments. Living maintenance payments shall be paid in weekly amounts, not to exceed the amount the claimant would receive if the claimant were being compensated for temporary total disability, but not less than fifty per cent of the current state average weekly wage.
