Text

All actions and proceedings under sections4101.01to4101.16and4121.01to4121.29of the Revised Code and all actions or proceedings to which the bureau of workers' compensation or the state is a party, and in which any question arises under such sections, or under or concerning any order of the bureau, shall be preferred over all other civil cases, except election causes and causes involving or affecting the public utilities commission, irrespective of position on the calendar. The same preference shall be granted upon application of the attorney of the bureau in any action or proceeding in which he may be allowed to intervene.
