Text
(A)Whoever violates section4115.08or4115.09of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than twenty-five nor more than five hundred dollars.
(B)Whoever violates division (C) of section4115.071, section4115.10, or4115.11of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree for a first offense; for each subsequent offense such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
