If it is found that a person, public authority, or prevailing wage coordinator has not complied with sections4115.03to4115.16of the Revised Code, the director of commerce shall give notice thereof in writing to such person or public authority pursuant to section4115.15of the Revised Code. Sufficient time shall be allowed for compliance therewith as the director deems necessary not to exceed thirty days from the date of notice.
At the expiration of the time prescribed in such notice, the director shall in writing inform the attorney general of the fact that such notice has been given and that the person, public authority, or prevailing wage coordinator to whom it was directed has not complied with such notice.
