Text
(A)Whoever violates section4113.15of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(B)Whoever violates section4113.16,4113.18, or4113.19of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
(C)Whoever violates section4113.17of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense; for each subsequent offense such person is guilty of a misdemeanor in the fourth degree.
