Text
The state shall not engage in collective bargaining with individuals who are excluded from coverage under Chapter 4117. of the Revised Code and the "National Labor Relations Act of 1935," 49 Stat. 449, 29 U.S.C. 151, as amended. This section does not apply with respect to individuals who are exempt from Chapter 4117. of the Revised Code pursuant to division (C) of section4117.01of the Revised Code but with whom the state may collectively bargain pursuant to division (C) of section4117.03of the Revised Code.
