Text
(A)Whoever violates division (A) or (D) of section4111.13of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
(B)Whoever violates division (B) or (C) of section4111.13of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
(C)Whoever violates section4111.17of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
