Text

(A)No person shall violate sections4104.41to4104.48of the Revised Code, fail to perform any duty lawfully enjoined in connection with those sections, or fail to comply with any order issued by the superintendent of industrial compliance or any judgment or decree issued by any court in connection with the enforcement of sections4104.41to4104.48of the Revised Code.
(B)Every day during which a person violates sections4104.41to4104.48of the Revised Code, fails to perform any duty lawfully enjoined in connection with those sections, or fails to comply with any order issued by the superintendent or any judgment or decree issued by any court in connection with the enforcement of sections4104.41to4104.48of the Revised Code constitutes a separate offense.
