Text
Except as provided pursuant to section4104.37of the Revised Code, no person shall operate a historical boiler in this state in a place that is open to the public unless both of the following requirements are satisfied:
(A)The person operating the boiler is licensed under section4104.35of the Revised Code.
(B)The owner of the boiler holds a current valid certificate of operation for the historical boiler pursuant to section4104.36of the Revised Code.
