Text
No owner or operator of any boiler shall operate the same in violation of sections4104.11to4104.16, inclusive, and4104.18of the Revised Code, or of any rule or regulation adopted by the board of building standards, pursuant to section4104.02of the Revised Code, or without having a boiler inspected and a certificate of operation issued therefor as provided in such sections or hinder or prevent a general or special inspector of boilers from entering any premises in or on which a boiler is situated for the purpose of inspection. No owner or operator of any pressure vessel shall operate the same in violation of section4104.10of the Revised Code, or of any rule or regulation adopted by the board of building standards, pursuant to section4104.02of the Revised Code.
