Text

(A)The owner or user of a boiler required under section4104.12of the Revised Code to be inspected upon installation, and the owner or user of a boiler for which a certificate of inspection has been issued that is replaced with an appropriate certificate of operation, shall pay to the superintendent of industrial compliance an initial certificate of operation fee in the following amount, as applicable:
(1)Fifty dollars for boilers subject to annual inspections under section4104.11of the Revised Code;
(2)One hundred dollars for boilers subject to biennial inspection under section4104.13of the Revised Code;
(3)One hundred fifty dollars for boilers subject to triennial inspection under section4104.11of the Revised Code;
(4)Two hundred fifty dollars for boilers subject to quinquennial
