Text
There shall be no liability on the part of and no cause of action of any nature shall arise against any member insurer, the Ohio insurance guaranty association or its agents or employees, the board of directors, or the superintendent of insurance or his representatives, including the office of the deputy liquidator and its employees, for any act or omission in the performance of their powers and duties under sections3955.01to3955.19of the Revised Code.
