Text
No insurer on its application for an automobile insurance policy shall require the applicant to disclose any refusal or cancellation of automobile insurance other than a cancellation in accord with section3937.31of the Revised Code, and according to the procedure required in sections3937.32and3937.33of the Revised Code.
