Text

No person or organization shall willfully withhold information from, or knowingly give false or misleading information to, the superintendent of insurance, any statistical agency designated by the superintendent, any rating organization, or any insurer, which will affect the rates or premiums chargeable under sections3937.01to3937.17, inclusive, of the Revised Code. Whoever violates this section shall have its license suspended under the procedure set forth in section3937.16of the Revised Code.
