(A)The medical liability underwriting association created under section3929.63of the Revised Code may be dissolved, or its operations may be suspended, by rule of the superintendent of insurance adopted pursuant to Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, upon a finding by the superintendent that the circumstances described in division (A) of section3929.63of the Revised Code no longer exist, or if the superintendent finds that the continued operation of the medical liability underwriting association undermines its statutory purpose or threatens its ability to meet its contractual obligations.
(B)In the case of any dissolution or suspension under division (A) of this section, the superintendent shall adopt rules pursuant to Chapter 119. of the Revised Code that establish standards and procedur
