Text
On the request of the superintendent of insurance, the attorney general shall institute the action authorized by section3929.32of the Revised Code against a delinquent company in the court of appropriate jurisdiction in Franklin county, or in the court of appropriate jurisdiction of the county in which such company is located or has its principal place of business.
