Text

When it comes to the knowledge of the superintendent of insurance, or an officer having charge of the division of insurance, that any one of sections3929.19to3929.22, inclusive, of the Revised Code, has been violated, he shall at once make a thorough investigation in regard to it, and on sufficient proof of such violation, shall revoke the certificate of authority of the company guilty of such violation.
