Text
A fire insurance company doing business under the laws of this state, which issues policies of insurance covering property located in this state, and on such policies receives from the persons insured either cash payments of premium, or notes subject to assessment for payment of losses, or notes for the installments of premium, shall insert in every such policy issued an obligation to cancel it, upon the written request of the person insured, on the conditions provided in sections3929.20to3929.24, inclusive, of the Revised Code.
