If any provision of section3923.33or sections3923.331to3923.339of the Revised Code or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is for any reason held to be invalid, the remainder of section3923.33and sections3923.331to3923.339of the Revised Code and the application of such remainder to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
