Notwithstanding any provision of any certificate furnished by an insurer in connection with or pursuant to any group sickness and accident insurance policy delivered, issued, renewed, or used, in or outside this state, on or after January 1, 1985, and notwithstanding any provision of any policy of insurance delivered, issued for delivery, renewed, or used, in or outside this state, on or after January 1, 1985, whenever the policy or certificate is subject to the jurisdiction of this state and provides for reimbursement for any service that may be legally performed by an advanced practice registered nurse who holds a current, valid license issued under Chapter 4723. of the Revised Code and is designated as a certified nurse-midwife in accordance with section4723.42of the Revised Code, reimb
