Text
(A)Whoever violates section3911.17of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than one hundred nor more than two hundred dollars.
(B)Whoever violates section3911.18of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than one hundred nor more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both; in addition such person shall pay the costs of the prosecution.
(C)Whoever violates section3911.20of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both; in addition such person shall pay the costs of the prosecution.
(D)Whoever violates section3911.23of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than one hundred nor more than five hundred dollars and may be imprisoned not more than six months.
