Text
The superintendent of insurance, upon conviction of any life insurance company, or of any agent thereof, for violation of sections3911.19or3911.20of the Revised Code, or upon his being satisfied of the violation of either of said sections and after reasonable notice to the accused of the time and place of hearing, shall revoke the license of such company or agent, and no license shall be granted to such company or agent for a period of three years after such revocation.
