Text

(A)Whoever violates section3905.182of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than twenty-five nor more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
(B)Whoever violates section3905.31or3905.33of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than twenty-five nor more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
(C)Whoever violates section3905.37or3905.43of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than one hundred nor more than five hundred dollars.
(D)Whoever violates section3905.02, division (F) of section3905.92, or division (A) of section3905.931of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
