Text
If the superintendent of insurance, in accordance with section3905.14of the Revised Code, suspends or revokes a person's license as a surety bail bond agent, the person, during the period of suspension or revocation, shall not be employed by any surety bail bond agent, have any ownership interest in any business involving bail bonds, or have any financial interest of any type in any bail bond business.
