Text
A surety bail bond agent qualified, licensed, and appointed in accordance with sections3905.83to3905.95of the Revised Code shall not be required to pay any licensing fee imposed by a political subdivision of this state to perform any of the functions, duties, or powers prescribed for surety bail bond agents under those sections.
