Nothing in sections3905.71to3905.79of the Revised Code is intended, in any manner, to limit or restrict the rights of policyholders and claimants of any insurer on whose behalf a managing general agent is acting, or of auditors, accountants, examiners, or other persons that conduct examinations of insurers.
