Text
(A)The superintendent of insurance shall establish a schedule of fees to be paid to the superintendent by the sponsor of a course or program of study approved in accordance with division (B) of section3905.484of the Revised Code. The sponsor shall pay the required fee to the superintendent in accordance with rules adopted by the superintendent.
(B)All fees collected by the superintendent under division (A) of this section shall be credited to the department of insurance operating fund created in section3901.021of the Revised Code.
