Text

(A)The superintendent of insurance shall establish criteria for any course or program of study that is offered in this state under section3905.04or sections3905.481to3905.486of the Revised Code.
(B)No course or program of study shall be offered in this state under section3905.04or sections3905.481to3905.486of the Revised Code unless it is approved by the superintendent.
(C)A course or program of study offered in this state under section3905.04or sections3905.481to3905.486of the Revised Code shall be developed or sponsored only by one of the following:
(1)An insurance company admitted to transact business in this state;
(2)An accredited college or university;
(3)An insurance trade association;
(4)An independent program of instruction that is approved by the superintendent;
