Text

Each individual who is issued a resident insurance agent license shall complete at least twenty-four hours of continuing education for each license renewal period. The continuing education shall be offered in a course or program of study approved by the superintendent of insurance and shall include at least three hours of approved ethics training. This section does not apply to any person or class of persons, as determined by the superintendent.
