Text
(A)Sections3905.30to3905.37of the Revised Code do not apply where this state is not the home state of the insured.
(B)Sections3905.36to3905.38of the Revised Code do not extend to private citizens, firms, or corporations, residents of this state, who seek to provide indemnity among themselves, from fire loss or other casualty, by exchange of private contracts for protection only and not for profit, nor apply to life or accident and sickness insurance. Sections3905.30through3905.37of the Revised Code do not apply to ocean marine insurance when placed by licensed agents of this state.
