Text
The superintendent of insurance may, in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, suspend or revoke the certificate of authority or license of any person that fails to comply with section3905.21of the Revised Code or that has been found by a court of competent jurisdiction to have made the statements or provided the information required under that section with actual malice. Any such person is also subject to the civil penalty authorized under section3905.14of the Revised Code.
