Text
(A)In the absence of actual malice, an insurer, the authorized representative of an insurer, an insurance agent, the superintendent of insurance, or any organization of which the superintendent is a member, which organization compiles the information provided pursuant to section3905.21of the Revised Code and makes it available to other insurance commissioners or to regulatory or law enforcement agencies, is immune from any civil liability that otherwise might be incurred or imposed as a result of either of the following:
(1)Any statement required by section3905.21of the Revised Code or any information relating to any such statement, which information may be requested in writing by the superintendent;
(2)Any statement of an insurer that has terminated an insurance agent to an insurer o
