(A)(1) If a nonresident person licensed as a nonresident insurance agent under section3905.07of the Revised Code changes the person's address within the person's state of residence, the person shall, within thirty days after making that change, file a change of address with the superintendent of insurance or the superintendent's designee.

(2)If a nonresident person licensed as a nonresident insurance agent under section3905.07of the Revised Code changes the person's home state, the person shall, within thirty days after making that change, file a change of address with the superintendent and provide the superintendent with certification from the new home state.

A change in the residency status of an agent's license under this section does not change the license renewal date established by the initial license under section3905.07of the Revised Code.
