Text
(A)In any case where a hearing pursuant to section3904.16of the Revised Code results in the finding of a knowing violation of sections3904.01to3904.22of the Revised Code, the superintendent of insurance may, in addition to the issuance of a cease and desist order as prescribed in section3904.18of the Revised Code, order payment of a monetary penalty of not more than five hundred dollars for each violation but not to exceed ten thousand dollars in the aggregate for multiple violations.
(B)Any person who violates a cease and desist order of the superintendent under section3904.18of the Revised Code may, after notice and hearing and upon order of the superintendent, be subject to one or more of the following penalties, at the discretion of the superintendent:
