Text

(A)As used in this section, "equivalent license" means:
(1)In the case of an adult-use cultivator, a cultivator license of the same level issued under section3796.09of the Revised Code to engage in the activities authorized by section3796.18of the Revised Code;
(2)In the case of an adult-use processor, a processor license issued under section3796.09of the Revised Code to engage in the activities authorized by section3796.19of the Revised Code;
(3)In the case of an adult-use dispensary, a retail dispensary license issued under section3796.10of the Revised Code to engage in the activities authorized by section3796.20of the Revised Code;
