Text

(A)Each person seeking employment with an entity licensed under this chapter shall comply with sections4776.01to4776.04of the Revised Code. Except as provided in division (B) of this section, such an entity shall not employ the person unless the person has submitted a criminal records check under those sections. The report of the resulting criminal records check shall demonstrate that the person has not been convicted of or pleaded guilty to any of the disqualifying offenses specified in rules adopted under division (B)(14)(a) of section3796.03of the Revised Code if the person is seeking employment with an entity licensed by the division of marijuana control under this chapter.
