Text

The construction, use, or occupation of any building which is declared by sections3781.06to3781.18, inclusive, section3781.031, and section3791.04of the Revised Code, to be a public nuisance may be enjoined in a proceeding instituted in the name of any department or officer mentioned in section3781.03of the Revised Code in the court of common pleas of the county in which said building is or will be situated.
