Any person in interest mentioned in section3781.13of the Revised Code who is dissatisfied with any action of the board of building standards adopted and confirmed by determination of the board as provided in said section, may commence an action in the court of common pleas of Franklin county against the board as defendant to set aside, vacate, or amend any such provision on the ground that the provision is unreasonable or unlawful and the said court is hereby authorized and vested with exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine such action. The board shall be served with summons as in other civil cases.
