Text

(A)As used in this section, "secured facility" means any of the following:
(1)A maternity home licensed under Chapter 3711. of the Revised Code;
(2)A pediatric intensive care unit;
(3)A hospital licensed under Chapter 3722. of the Revised Code;
(4)A hospital licensed under section5119.33of the Revised Code to receive persons with mental illnesses;
(5)The portion of a nursing home licensed under section3721.02of the Revised Code or in accordance with section3721.09of the Revised Code in which specialized care is provided to residents of the nursing home who have physical or mental conditions that require a resident to be restricted in the resident's freedom of movement for the health and safety of the resident, the staff attending the resident, or the general public.
