Enforcement by the attorney general.
(A)Upon receiving a written request from the division of cannabis control, the Ohio attorney general may bring a cause of action to restrain a violation of this chapter. Such an action is a civil action, governed by the Rules of Civil Procedure.
(B)The court of common pleas of Franklin county shall give any claim filed under division (A) of this section priority over all other civil cases before the court, irrespective of position on the court's calendar, and shall make a determination on the claim expeditiously.
